Selkirk Wilderness Skiing Weather Forecast

Today's Forecast
Updated at: 3:30pm PDT - Mar 29th 2012

We had a group of 14 shredders up here for our last day of the season at SWS.  Conditions were EPIC for late March.  Blower powder at higher elevations and soft and buttery everywhere in between.  Even as I type in the last report up here at the lodge,  it’s literally “barfing snow” outside - wow, could we ask for a better day to wrap up on!  We are lucky up here on Meadow Mountain!

Thanks to everyone for the good times, big jumps, little jumps, tomohawks, yard sales, short & long stories, games of crud, and laughs all around!  We wish you a stellar summer and we looking forward to sharing some of our secret stashes with you all next season.

Signing off,

The SWS Guiding Team

title

Jeff has been working in the ski industry for over 10 years, two years on the patrol at Big White, and over 8 years guiding for Selkirk Wilderness Skiing. Jeff always seems to find the perfect stash of untracked powder for those lucky two who dare to carry down the guest packs at the back of the group. Jeff is looking forward to welcoming you to our winter playground in the Selkirks, and although he doesn’t walk on water, he is a lot of fun to ski with.
