Guest Reward Program For Repeat Clientele

At SWS we value our repeat clientele. Guests who have been coming to SWS for 10 years receive a high performance Gore-tex ski jacket. After 20 years they are presented with a large framed SWS terrain photo.  We have given 170 10-year awards and 14 20-year photos to date.

As an indicator of how loyal our ski and snowboard clientele are, last year over 80% of our yearly clientele were repeat guests, with more than half of those having skied with us for 10 years or more.

If a guest has been skiing with us for at least 10 years, and turns 80, they receive a free week of snowcat skiing. It’s what we call, “the octogenarian discount.” At SWS we’ve had the honour of presenting this award four times and have done so again for the fifth time in February 2008.

As an indicator of how loyal our ski and snowboard clientele are, last year over 80% of our yearly clientele were repeat guests, with more than half of those having skied with us for 10 years or more.

Rest assured, SWS is both a place to see old friends and make new ones, creating life-long memories forged from a Kootenay powder experience.
