Group Discount

In recognition of the time and effort it takes to organize a group of 12 or 13 guests, Selkirk Wilderness Skiing Ltd. (SWS) offers a discount of one free space to a group leader.

To receive this discount the following conditions MUST be met:

1. Deposit and final payments must be in the form of one cheque, bank transfer or one credit card charge. For credit card charges, the authorization form must be signed before payment is applied. A credit card charge fee of 2% will be added. We strongly recommend that the group leader request final payment from his/her group members 3 – 4 weeks prior to our final payment due date.

2. The discount will be applied only if final payment is received by SWS by the final payment due date.

3. The group leader must handle all correspondence with SWS and the members of the group. This includes forwarding information from SWS to the group members ie: sample of Release of Liability form and cancellation insurance information.

4. The group leader is responsible for making all members of the group aware of SWS’s policies regarding payment and cancellation. In the event of cancellation all deposits and final payments are non-refundable.

5. At the time of final payment, the group leader must provide SWS with a detailed group list including email addresses and rooming arrangements.

6. Four weeks prior to arrival, the group leader must provide SWS with the travel plans of each group member.

7. If there is a cancellation in the group, the leader is responsible for filling the space. If SWS fills the space, the group discount will be lost for that year.

8. Failure of the group organizer to make certain that all of the above conditions are met will result in the loss of the group discount.

Bring A Friend Discount

A referral from a satisfied customer is truly the best compliment that can be received. In appreciation of this, Selkirk Wilderness Skiing Ltd (SWS) is offering a $250 discount to any current guest who brings a friend for a 5 day package and a $125 discount to any current guest who brings a friend for a 3 day package.

The discount will be applied under the following conditions:

1. The term “friend” means a first time SWS guest.

2. The referring guest must have previously been a client of SWS and must be booked for the same season as their friend.

3. Discounts will be applied to the referring guest’s final payment.

4. If the friend cancels at any time, the discount is revoked.

5. The discount is not transferable to any other guest’s account.

6.The referring guest will receive the discount only after the friend has paid SWS in full.

7.The referring guest may bring an unlimited amount of friends, and receive a discount for each one.

8.Group leaders bringing new guests as part of their group are eligible for the discount.

9. SWS will take care of the friend’s reservation by contacting them directly regarding their deposit and final payment, etc.

Last Minute Booking Discount

In order to offset the cost of last minute travel, Selkirk Wilderness Skiing Ltd. (SWS) will offer a last minute booking discount of 20%.

The discount will be applied under the following conditions:

1. Only bookings made within 2 weeks of the tour dates will qualify for the discount.

2. Full payment must be made at the time of booking.

3. Spaces will not be held by SWS in advance of the 2 weeks.

* Prices do NOT include a Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) on the complete package (12%) or a Regional Tax on the accommodation portion of the package (2%).
