Allan’s Glades

Another one of several runs off Rolling Thunder into Beaver Bowl, this is an area where Allan spent some time with some insight and a chainsaw many years ago. The bigger robust trees are even bigger and more robust now, while the more offensive trees lie rotting on the ground where they cause skiers no grief. This little charmer provides wide open east facing skiing at the top of Rolling Thunder and swings slightly south into the beautifully spaced trees down to Beaver Bowl. The amazing thing about this run is that Allan groomed it, but there are no cliffs to jump. Wazzup with that?
