SWS Runs of the day

Cascade

Cascade has a right line and a left line. These are two lines that an ordinary person would never find on their own. Following convoluted and twisted routes through steep broken rolls this way and that, you will eventually find yourself standing atop one of two steep, wide open creek draws below the treeline facing northeast into the valley bottom. That final pitch to the pickup is a cascade of ecstasy with snow flowing over your shoulders all the way.
