SWS Runs of the day

Right of Way and Run Away

These are two main couloirs which are accessed off Candy Ass Ridge. They start from a common micro bowl and Right of Way presents itself first dropping to the left where you plunge through a rock walled chute. Run Away is a little trickier to get to, but a little less daunting. The middle section of Run Away is somewhat wider and less confined by rock walls as is Right of Way. Both runs pour out into a wide open treeless slope called Deep Basin. Once you?ve made it this far, you can relax and let?em run with big long turns all the way to the bottom of the basin. North facing, dry snow prevails in these lines.
