Rock Run
Another one of several runs off Rolling Thunder into Beaver Bowl, this has been a source of endless entertainment for skiers, guides, cat drivers, and especially Allan. The final pitch, which is viewable from the pickup, is central to a particular rock called ?Pump Jack Rock?. I don?t know who ?Jack? is and I really shouldn?t speculate, let?s just presume that a fellow named Jack was heavily influenced by the big guy and he took a fair bit of air. Fear not, you don?t have to leave the ground on this run, but there are plenty of opportunities for those who do.
