Wilderness skiing and snowboarding involves certain risks, dangers and hazards in addition to those normally associated with downhill skiing and snowboarding at a ski area. These risks, dangers and hazards are outlined in our Release of Liability, Waiver and Assumption of Risks Agreement. All guests are required to sign a Release of Liability, Waiver and Assumption of Risks Agreement at the lodge prior to skiing with us. This agreement will affect your legal rights should you be involved in an accident. Copies of the Agreement are available for your review on our website. We ask that you read the waiver prior to booking. Any guest under the age of 19 must have a parent or guardian sign the waiver form.
